If you’re wondering whether or not IHOP has different pricing for kids meals, the answer is if you’re kids are ordering from the regular menu, the price is the same. IHOP does not have discounted pricing for kids. However, they do have a lower priced kids menu filled with selections that are suitable for young eaters.

I’ll discuss the details in this post.

What menu items are available in IHOP’s kids menu?

My kids usually order from the regular menu price, although on occasionally my youngest daughter would order a Jr. Cheeseburger or the Happy Face Pancake Combo when they’re feeling a bit silly. In any case, here’s the complete list of menu items for kids at IHOP:

I haven’t visited this location in years. Maybe 7 or so. In my opinion, its gotten so much better.

I walked in at 9am and was seated right away. The hostest was such a cutie pie and greeted us coming in and also leaving.

Our waitress was cool and down to earth. I loved her vibe and how quick she moved. She took care of us immediately and consistently stopped by to ask if we were okay and needed anything. What really impressed me WAS a group of teens walked in. They were seated with my waitress. She dealt with them and didnt treat them like they were kids. When it was time to get the bill, she separated out everyones check for them. One of her colleagues complained about the fact that those teens didnt leave my waitress a tip.. her exact words were “i dont care about the tip. Im grateful they paid the bill. There kids so im okay with it”. I loved that. I left her a tip, she deserved it.

The food came out fast!! And hot. We ordered the Sirlon tips platter. It comes with hash browns, the steak with onions and mushrooms, two eggs and pancakes. Everything was delicious. I always ask for my steak to be cooked medium because they always cook it well done anyways. We also ordered the pancake combo which came with eggs, bacon and hash browns. Everything was delicious.

I would certainly return here. Ask for Leomary L, she’s awesome.

It’s IHOP, we all know what it is and what to expect. It’s a Denny’s competitor, and the menu and overall look of the restaurant does look very similar. I was staying in downtown LA for the Clippers game, and my hotel was across from IHOP so why not, not sure why else you woud be in downtown LA, definitely not to venture out for breakfast. Service was fine. The restaurant manager actually was very polite, the crowd , exacly what you would expect. We tried their featured menu items- strawberry crepes and lemon Ricotta crepes. Good, not great. I woud prefer fresh strawberries vs defrosted ones. Kids meals were plentiful but don’t come with a drink.

I took my kids for breakfast around 8am on a Sunday. It was a nice amount of people already there but not too many where there was a wait. I have not been to ihop in years so the new menu was a nice surprise. The waitress was nice, courteous, and attentive. Our table had a stain on it which was ok since I wiped it down with a Clorox wipe and looking down on the floor after dropping something, it looked like the floor needed to be cleaned too. I got the chicken gravy biscuit and a side of the lemon ricotta berry pancakes. I got my daughter the dollar pancakes meal and my son the cupcake meal. I got a pot of coffee, lemonade for my son, and apple juice for my daughter. Everything was hot & good except the lemon ricotta berry pancakes. They were kind of dry and the “ricotta” was more of a frosting you would find in a can of pillsbury cinnamon rolls. The berry sauce was also weird. Not sweet, not sour, just weird. SN: not a complaint since I am not sure of the age limit on it, but my 18 mo could not fit in the tiny high chair.
